While timelines can vary based on design complexity and site conditions, most custom homes take between 6 to 12 months from groundbreaking to move-in. We’ll give you a detailed schedule during planning.
Absolutely. We’re happy to work with existing plans or collaborate with your architect. We can also help refine designs to make them more functional, efficient, or cost-effective.
